All orders placed on HighlineVapes.com are fulfilled from our warehouse located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Every order is subject to review and verification prior to fulfillment.
Same-Day Order Processing
Orders that are received and fully confirmed by 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped on the following business day. Orders prepared and marked as shipped on Saturdays, as well as orders placed on Sundays, will be shipped on Mondays.
Adult Signature Required
All orders require an adult signature at the time of delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to confirm that the recipient meets the minimum legal age requirement. Packages cannot be released without proper identification and signature.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Our shipping system generates labels directly from the information submitted, and we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. If an address error is noticed immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
We strongly recommend shipping to addresses where mail is regularly received to reduce the risk of misdelivery or returned packages.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to offer reshipments for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable. If a package is returned to us, we may issue a refund for the product total minus shipping, either as store credit or to the original payment method.
