RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Highline Vapes, your satisfaction and safety are extremely important to us. Due to the nature of our products and federal regulations governing age-restricted items, we maintain the following returns policy.
All Sales Are Final
For health, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. This includes any product that has been unsealed, activated, filled, charged, or otherwise used.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale unless otherwise required by law.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video documentation of the issue. After review, Highline Vape may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for next steps and work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit or reimbursement.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we may issue a refund for the product total minus shipping and any applicable return processing fees, either as store credit or to the original payment method.
